Please visit our registration page and register before the deadline for consideration. Admittance for the event is free, however we may have a limited amount of space. You will be notified prior to the event with a confirmation email.

The event will be free to attend. Campsites will be on a first come, first served basis. We will have food, workshops, and merchandise - please feel free to support us by buying some swag. Cash is preferred. Be sure to pre-register for the event.

The gates will open at 3 PM - 6 PM on Friday, Sept. 29 and back again at 9 AM on Saturday, Sept. 30 The first workshop will begin at 10:00 AM. Early arrival is suggested to give yourself enough time to check-in and get settled. We will be closing the gates for any new entrants at 6 PM. For those camping departures will begin the morning of Sunday, Oct. 1 and the venue will close at 12 PM to conclude the event.

Yes, this is a family-friendly event. Dogs are allowed on a leash. Please be courteous and clean up after your pet.

Enjoy coffee and food from our vendors. As a camping event you're welcome and encouraged to bring your own food and cook at your campsite as well. We will not be serving alcohol and open containers will not be allowed during the event.

Cash is preferred, but credit cards may be accepted dependent of cell/wifi service. Due to spotty cell and wifi service - cash will be the best option.

Yes, we will have merchandise for sale at the event. Please bring cash for payment as cell service/ wifi is very spotty.

The event will be rain or shine.

Items not permitted include, but are not limited to: Weapons of any kind, alcohol, or illegal drugs/substances.

Campfires and open flames are banned in Big Bear. The ban applies to wood, charcoal and other flame sources that cannot be turned off with a valve. Propane is allowed.

Parking is free and available on-site. You will be directed where to park. Unfortunately, RV's will not be allowed at this event.

Bring your rig, gear, and food and water (if you choose). Cash (preferred) and/or credit cards if you plan on buying gear from the vendors or food from the food vendors. If you plan to stay for the raffle and movie, we suggest a blanket or camp chair.

You will be provided a space in one of the campsites. Each camping area is large and you may need to share with other guests. Please be cordial with your neighbors. If you plan on camping as a group it is suggested to arrive together. The venue has porta potties. Cell phone reception is spotty for most carriers.

Not at all. This event is open to everyone regardless of tire brand on your vehicle.

Yes, we are looking for a few helping hands. All volunteers will receive some event swag. If you're interested in volunteering at the event please contact us using the online form. Thank you.

No, we will not have any driving during the event. However, Big Bear is full of trails. A few of our local vendors will be a great resource to plan a trail run.
