What to Expect

Toyo Tires Trailpass is a gathering of automotive and outdoor enthusiasts. The event will showcase:

  • Free camping

  • Workshops and presentations for enthusiasts of all levels of experience. The classes are free to attend.

  • Camp cooking demo

  • S’mores for the kids

  • Outdoor movie night. Bring your own camp chairs and blankets and we’ll provide the snacks.

  • Huge giveaway for a chance to win some incredible automotive and outdoor gear. The more you participate, the more tickets you can earn for example earn tickets by attending workshops.

  • Food

  • Various overland rigs on display

Pre-Register

Whether you plan on camping overnight or simply plan to attend the event for the day - please be sure to pre-register using one of the registration forms found on this website. Pre-registration is required.

Pre-registering allows us to get a proper estimate for attendance and plan accordingly to ensure a fun experience for all.

Entrance

Entrance to the Toyo Tires Trailpass event is free and open to the public courtesy of Toyo Tires. This is a family friendly event and children are welcome to attend.

There will be free on-site parking available for those looking to attend just for the main day of Saturday, Sept. 7.

Guests must arrive during event hours.

Camping

Guests will be able to stay overnight and camp at the venue courtesy of Toyo Tires. Pre-registration is required as there are a limited amount of spaces available. Following forestry guidelines, there will be a fire ban in effect. Camp stoves, grilles, and fire pits powered by fuel canisters (like propane) will still be allowed. Alcohol will not be served or allowed on the property. Please be respectful of your neighbors and the noise ordinance of 10pm.

Campsites include porta potties, picnic tables, and access to fresh water. A limited amount of showers are on the property as well.

Pre-Registration does not guarantee admittance. There is a limit on the amount of vehicles that may camp overnight for this event.

Giveaway and Prizes

One highlight of the event will be the giveaway for automotive parts and outdoor gear. We are fortunate to work with very generous brands that have donated their goods. Guests will receive a giveaway ticket for pre-registering on the website and can earn additional tickets by participating in workshops, having Toyo Tires on your vehicle, purchasing merchandise, and more. Feel free to bring your own chair to sit on during the raffle announcement.

Winners must be present to claim their prize.
